WINTER!

Between the holidays and the weather there hasn't been much to report - real estate has been pretty quiet - potential buyers haven't come to the Cape to look since we keep having snow storms!  Online activity has been pretty good and rentals have started in earnest.  I expect there will be a burst in activity once the weather breaks a little due to pent up demand so stay tuned!
